My Approach
Feeling burned out, overworked, or like you no longer recognize yourself? Helping professions and caregiving roles often mean long hours, vicarious trauma, and life-or-death decisions that take a toll.
I believe we all have the capacity to heal. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you’re here because you want change— in how you feel, navigate relationships, or experience the world. My role is to help you see yourself more clearly: What strengths can you tap into? What’s holding you back? What beliefs and habits operate unnoticed but shape your life?
Together, we’ll explore personal and societal influences on your well-being. I integrate psychodynamic, attachment-based, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and neuroscience approaches to help you build emotional regulation, challenge limiting patterns, and cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (LH 61620101). I completed my Masters at Northwestern University. I have dedicated all of my professional efforts towards helping people. My experience as a nurse showed me the importance of holistically caring for people. It also showed me that the helpers of the world need help, too. That’s what I am here to do. I’m so glad you’re here.
